Academics

 St. Martin offers an exceptional Christ-centered Classical Education designed with the needs of Deaf students in mind. We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students to grow in the knowledge and love of God and neighbor and become equipped to lead and serve throughout their lives. Our curriculum is designed specifically to meet emotional and social needs of Deaf and hard of hearing students through classroom instruction in American Sign Language and literacy in English.

  • Seven Liberal Arts
    • Grammar (English)
    • Logic (understanding how to use basic skills of reason like: If I fall, it will hurt)
    • Rhetoric (comparing different oppinions, learning how to interact with the community)
    • Arithmatic (1+1=2)
    • Geometry (understanding how to measure a square)
    • Astronomy (understing how to put all of the measurements of 1+1=2 and squares together)
    • Music (understanding how to harmonize the heart and mind)
  • Piety - learning how to repect God, mom and dad, the government and other people
